The Code OF Conduct
1.Members Must treat everyone with respect and courtesy, and without harassment; and must not use sharp words or abusive language against one another and treat each other with the respect all deserve.
2. Member must not express discourtesy or rudeness to a fellow member or participant.
3. Members must comply with any lawful and reasonable directions given by someone who has the authority.
4. Members must maintain appropriate confidentiality when dealing with organisation matters.
5. Members must not provide false or misleading information in response to a request for information for information that is made for the purposes in connection with the member’s duties.
6. Members must behave in a way to uphold the organisation values and the integrity and good reputation of the organisation at all times;
7. Members must use organisation resources in a proper manner and take decisions solely in terms of the organisation interest. They must not do so in order to gain financial or other material benefits for themselves, their family, or their friends.
8. No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are to be in the possession of any members whilst within organisation premises and / or during an organised event .
9. Members must not bring any dangerous or unauthorised materials such as explosives, firearms , weapons or any other similar items into association premises and / or during an organised event
